Oberlin Heritage Center Staff
Liz Schultz
Museum Education and Tour Coordinator
Elizabeth (Liz) Schultz began work at the Oberlin Heritage Center in June 2007. She was born and raised in central Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse to pursue a degree in archaeology. She continued her schooling at Binghamton University in Binghamton, New York and received a master's degree in anthropology. Realizing that she liked
telling people about discoveries even more than she liked making them, she decided to get yet another master's degree, this time in museum studies. After participating in many education, collections, planning, and exhibition projects with wonderful classmates and faculty, she graduated from the Cooperstown Graduate Program in the spring of 2007. While living and beginning work in Oberlin, she is thrilled to be back in the Midwest, closer to home, in a town with such a rich and vibrant history, and among so many kind coworkers and community members!
